Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

  • Manage customer escalations and specific requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer solutions.

Job description

Remark: This position is based in Bayan Lepas. Might be move to Batu Kawan in future based in management decision.

Job Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Work with different parties such as Engineering, Finance, IE, Procurement to provide RFQ on time and drive improvement program to ensure competitive price.

This position requires strong communication, negotiation skill, analytic skill, project management skills, operation and business insight to deliver critical business milestones.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Service. Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Customer point of contact. Manage escalation or any specific request from customers.
  • Work with internal team to provide solution to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Negotiate with customers to provide RFQ with competitive pricing.
  • Propose claim charges based on customer specific requirement or additional service request.
  • Provide quotation, follow up PO and invoice customer.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
  • Degree preferably in Engineering / Business.
  • Must have at least 2-4 years’ experience in a high-volume dynamic manufacturing environment, preferably in OSAT or EMS environment.
  • A team player with mature personality.
  • Positive thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to meet business needs.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and people-oriented.
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of employees.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, due to frequent dealings with China.
