A well-established telecommunications company in Melaka is seeking a Customer Care Officer responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma are encouraged to apply.
• SPM holders must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Proven experience in customer service/helpdesk is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers with excellent customer service.
• Handle escalations and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints.
• Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as requested.
