Responsibilities

• Support customers via bots in Singtel Shops.
• Handle customer calls and enquiries.
• Channel unresolved issues to stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Process service applications.

Skills

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent

1 year working experience in customer service or contact centre

Good command of English

Ability to converse in Mandarin

Customer oriented

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Good Computer literacy in MS Office

Willingness to work rotating shifts
