Qualifications

About This Role
The Customer Care team is responsible for ensuring that all Zenyum customers attain best in class experience through their journey with our invisible braces and our consumer products line.

You will be the primary contact point with our customers to attain that picture perfect Instagram worthy smile.Join our team as we look to spread smiles across, and make Asia Smile More!

Responsibilities
      • Provide personalised customer care to both existing and new customers of our products.
      • Be the main point of contact for all customer queries thorough various channels like website support, social channels , live chat , calls and emails.
      • Solve customer escalations, customer enquiries and use internal systems to arrive at the best in class customer resolution times.
      • You will be responsible for giving timely and accurate feedback to the internal teams to improve our products and overall customer satisfaction.
      • Cross-sell and upsell Zenyum's dental products and services to the existing pool of customers.
Requirements
      • Minimally 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
      • Customer service oriented nature who enjoys daily interaction with other individuals.
      • Strong and effective communicator, with fluency in written and spoken English . It will be advantageous for this application to be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers, or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Indonesian speaking customers.
      • Advantageous to possess sales experience, however, not required.
      • Good understanding of customer needs and an ability to propose solutions to address these needs.
      • Excellent time management & interpersonal skills
