We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Customer Acquisition Executive working together with colleagues to display HSBC Values and achieve Vision to become the world’s leading international Bank.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retails business in line with IWPB strategic direction
  • Support and engage in roadshow or events including approach prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result
  • Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • To champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience
  • Provide quality after sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training within deadlines.
  • Support achievement of HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness, strong team player and Can-Do spirit by sharing knowledge and good practice.
  • Understand and adhere to regulations and regulatory guidance promptly by reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable Global, regional and country standards and policies.
  • Safeguards the Bank from loss and always protects the Bank’s reputation.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with Section 4 of the Group Operations FIM
