Job description
Responsibilities
  • Always greet customers by following GSC PAT Card scripts.
  • Be in full uniform and well groomed always to provide great customer service by behaving courteously and professionally.
  • Ensure customers follow GSC House Rules by informing them politely.
  • Familiarize with Marketing promotions, Now Showing and Upcoming Movies available in cinema.
  • Possess knowledge and familiarization on concession products, prices and marketing promotions (Food, Beverages and Merchandise) available in cinema.
  • Carry out hall sanitization and cleaning (clearing rubbish, vacuuming and other related to hall cleanliness) after each show.
  • Ensure all halls are cleared and cleaned thoroughly at end of the day.
  • Assist in keeping cinema premises clean, organized and free from pests (Concession, Front of House, Back of House, Stockrooms, Staff pantry Lobby, Foyer, Washroom, Hall, Hallways, Social Area, Play+ area, Box Office, e-Kiosk Foyer, Customer Service Room, etc.).
  • Check and ensure cinema facilities, amenities and equipment are available and in working condition prior to business hours. Report to supervisor on any defect found immediately.
  • Operates all equipment and machines diligently.
  • Perform required checklist diligently and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) or equivalent.
  • Preferable experience in hospitality industry.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
  • Willing to work on shift including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended period and move quickly.
