A leading property development firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Credit Control Manager to handle credit control activities and work with sales and finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Property, or Real Estate and possess 3-5 years of experience in credit administration. Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT/strata title matters.
Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application.
To work together with sales team for the daily sales status as well as finance team for cash flow, billing and collection matters.
Follow up with purchasers/ lawyers/ banks on status of loan and loan documentation for timely collections.
Generating credit and collections related reports on weekly and monthly basis.
Implementing and monitoring credit control policies and procedures.
Attend to general enquiries in relate to post sales properties and any other tasks to be assigned as and when required.
Posses a Degree in Business Administration/ Property / Real Estate or related disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit administration or a related field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge in the property systems IFCA.
