Job Responsibilities
  • Perform data verification in the system and records.
  • Liaising with solicitors, end‑financiers, purchasers and other departments for refund processing.
  • Assist in the vacant possession for completed projects, attending to purchasers’ queries, liaising with other departments for smooth handing over process.
  • Proper handling and filing of documentations.
  • Any other tasks / assignments deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Fast learner and detail oriented.
  • Fresh grad is welcome to apply or 1–2 years' experience.
