Job description
1. Creative Strategy & Brand Development
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns for OWG’s theme parks, water parks, F&B brands, and lifestyle venues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and produce compelling content for digital, print, and on-ground activations.
  • Maintain and elevate OWG’s brand identity across all creative assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Lead creative ideation for seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and special activations (e.g., festive events, school holiday programs).
2. Production & Project Management
  • Oversee end-to-end production, including graphic design, photography, and multimedia content creation.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure seamless execution of marketing materials.
  • Liaise with external agencies, printers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Supervise photoshoots and live event coverage to capture engaging content for promotional use.
  • Lead and mentor the creative and production team, ensuring alignment with OWG’s business goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative executions.
  • Coordinate with in-house designers and third-party partners to optimize creative output.
  • Oversee creative support for in-park digital signage, menu boards, wayfinding, and customer engagement touchpoints.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
  • Optimize creative assets for digital advertising, website, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality control over final creative deliverables to uphold OWG’s brand reputation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new creative production techniques.
