The Creative Multimedia Executive (AI-Assisted Content) is responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content to support MECA’s marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. This role focuses on efficient, scalable content execution, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based tools to deliver consistent and on-brand creative outputs across campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
This is a hands‑on execution role, emphasizing speed, quality, and volume – not traditional videography or advanced post‑production.
Design and produce visual assets including:
Ensure all visuals are aligned with MECA’s brand guidelines and tone.
Use AI-based tools (e.g. Pictory or similar platforms) to:
Apply creative judgment to refine, brand, and quality‑check AI‑generated outputs.
Optimise AI‑produced content for platform‑specific requirements (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, website).
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and recommend practical applications for content efficiency.
Ensure all creative outputs align with MECA’s brand guidelines and tone.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to translate briefs into effective visual content.
Support ongoing campaigns, events, and editorial calendars with timely creative assets.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Maintain organised asset libraries and version control.
Coordinate with external vendors (printers, videographers, photographers) when required.
2–3 years of relevant working experience in multimedia, creative, or content production roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Hands‑on experience using AI content creation tools (e.g. Pictory or similar platforms) for video and multimedia production.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
