Creative Direction & Digital Storytelling: Lead the artistic narrative for the Group, transforming static content for all 10 Business Units—including Townhalls, AGMs, and festive campaigns—into modern, motion‑driven engagement pieces.
End‑to‑End Multimedia Production: Manage the full lifecycle of corporate video projects, from conceptualisation and scripting to final production, utilising a mix of original footage and curated stock libraries.
In‑House Capability Building: Spearhead the department’s transition toward multimedia content by establishing efficient internal workflows and mentoring the team to develop their video editing and animation skills.
AI Integration & Innovation: Explore and implement AI‑assisted creative tools to optimise production timelines and introduce innovative visual techniques that enhance the Group’s digital assets.
Strategic Brand Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure brand governance whilst evolving traditional static assets into dynamic, digital‑first formats.
Resource Management: Oversee high‑quality libraries for stock footage and music, integrating AI‑generated elements where they add value and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements :
Creative Translation: Proven ability to transform complex brand and business objectives into high‑impact motion and visual narratives whilst maintaining rigorous brand consistency.
Multimedia Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years in creative design, with specialised experience in end‑to‑end video production; experience in a fast‑paced agency OR a diversified in‑house holding/parent group is highly valued.
Design Excellence: A robust foundation in core graphic design principles—specifically typography, layout, and composition—with the versatility to adapt across diverse business unit identities.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (notably Premiere Pro and After Effects) or equivalent industry‑standard software; an aptitude for leveraging generative AI tools is essential.
Collaborative Leadership: A proactive "player‑coach" mindset with a passion for knowledge‑sharing and the ability to deliver high‑calibre work under tight deadlines, supported by a professional showreel.
