We are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Lead with at least 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design. The ideal candidate is highly in tune with current digital and social media trends and has a proven ability to lead teams and execute across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret business and product requirements to develop creative ideas and campaigns for execution across all platforms (website, EDM, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, retail, etc.).
  • Lead and coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the graphic design team to execute content across all channels.
  • Leverage research and consumer insights to craft engaging content, campaign mechanics, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay deeply immersed in the digital and social media landscape, with a keen awareness of emerging trends to ensure all content remains current and relevant.
  • Organize and manage all creative-related activities in collaboration with the brand team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery across multiple deadlines and teams.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as production houses, printers, and agencies to produce high-quality creative materials and collateral.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, flexibility, and a sharp eye for detail to deliver high standard of creative work that elevates the brand to the next level.
