Job Description

Collaborate with the branding/ marketing team to come up with innovative ideas for company branding, promotions and marketing communications. Specific deliverables such as Web Main and Promotion Banners, as well as Social Media Post and Ads Visuals. Ensure that typography and design consistently meet brand and production standards. Produce visuals for various social media platforms. Facilitate communication of departmental needs with internal teams and external freelance designers. Regularly evaluates and employs the latest marketing techniques to keep visual content fresh and engaging. Oversee the daily workflow of the department, effectively distributing project workload and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the branding/ marketing team to come up with innovative ideas for company branding, promotions and marketing communications.
  • Specific deliverables such as Web Main and Promotion Banners, as well as Social Media Post and Ads Visuals.
  • Ensure that typography and design consistently meet brand and production standards.
  • The inclusion of producing visuals for various social media platforms.
  • Facilitate communication of departmental needs with internal teams and external freelance designers.
  • Regularly evaluates and employs the latest marketing techniques to keep visual content fresh and engaging.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department, effectively distributing project workload and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
  • At least 1-2 years designer experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effect would be an advantage).
  • UX/UI knowledge will be a bonus.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker. Strong vision, art sense and commercial sense.
  • Good in time management & capable of completing tasks within a deadline.
  • Portfolio will be required if shortlisted for interview.
