The Raw is a fast-growing skincare brand backed by pharmaceutical science. We focus on safety, quality, and active-concentrated formulations — available in leading retailers and major online platforms. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Creative Designer to bring our brand to life across packaging, campaigns, digital platforms, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute creative concepts across a wide range of materials including packaging, marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional assets.

Design visually impactful packaging that reflects the brand identity and complies with industry and regulatory requirements.

Create digital content such as social media graphics, web banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.

Design marketing and brand collateral such as brochures, posters, presentations, and other supporting visuals.

Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Support the team with motion graphics and animation for product launches, social content, and promotional videos.

Coordinate and direct product photoshoots, including editing and retouching images when needed.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)

Experience with animation or motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus

Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and branding

Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Bonus: Interest or experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or wellness space
