About the Role
As our Creative Content Manager, you are both a storyteller and producer — a hands‑on creative leader who transforms strategy into captivating content. You’ll oversee ideation, production, and delivery of videos, campaigns, and digital experiences that elevate the Zetrix AI brand.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of producers, editors, and content creators — ensuring every output is on‑brand, on‑time, and on‑strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end content production — from ideation to execution across digital, film, and social platforms.
- Manage and inspire producers, editors, and crew; define KPIs, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
- Translate briefs into creative direction and production plans that align with brand and business goals.
- Maintain consistent storytelling and visual tone across all campaigns, ensuring a unified brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to develop content calendars and campaign deliverables.
- Supervise technical crew schedules, studio operations, and equipment management to maintain production efficiency.
- Lead content QA and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet creative and technical standards.
- Source and manage external vendors and production partners; ensure competitive costing and compliance.
- Develop and improve SOPs for content production, equipment use, and studio management.
- Identify new storytelling opportunities, creative trends, and digital formats to expand Zetrix AI’s content impact.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high creative standards.
- Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling through compelling video, social, and interactive formats.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in New Media, Advertising, Communications, Film Production, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of experience in content creation, production, or creative management — including experience as Assistant Director or Producer.
- Proven ability to lead creative and technical teams across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, content strategy, and digital audience engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Google Veo 3 / Google Ai Studio / KlingAI, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and extended hours when necessary.
