About the role

As the CoWorking Office Lease and Ops Manager at Centennial Business Suites, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our flexible co-working spaces in the KLCC and KL Sentral region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, optimising operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key strategic partner in expanding our footprint and cementing our reputation as the premier co-working provider in the area.

What you'll be doing
  • Leasing and sales of coworking offices (KLCC & KL Sentral), including leasing, prospecting and finalising lease agreements.
  • Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the co-working spaces, managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facilities, and continuously improving member experience.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, analysing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimise operations and drive growth.
  • Reporting to senior management on leasing revenue, market prices and trends.
  • Negotiating lease terms and pricing ensuring all agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
