Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Leading country cadence coordination, data gathering, analysis and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive country report to be presented to operational leadership team (OLT) i.e. Mission 1
  • Supervise project mining, brainstorming sessions, project prioritization selection, idea generation workshops and bootcamps (including idea mining, structure, implementation planning, business case development) for NBPOL related initiative.
  • Internalise and assist support of engagement and collaboration with Management to integrate UTO activities into the business strategy and Value Creation (VC) initiatives.
  • Network and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the SDG to gather necessary information, gain buy‑in, and secure support, thereby enhancing the likelihood of success for agreed action items and initiatives, while also proactively identifying and assessing gaps in yield and OER.
  • Conduct competency building and coaching sessions as needed.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate business initiatives and special projects, coordinating working teams to ensure successful execution and achievement of targets.
  • Oversee the monitoring and tracking of progress on strategic initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Review VC impacts and deliverable milestones with comprehensive action plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to executives in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Supervise and evaluate the accuracy of compilation of monthly phasing of all VC initiatives at project pipeline stages for reporting of actual benefits/savings realized against the initiative benefit forecast.
  • Collaborate with project teams or respective countries to devise strategic measures and coordinate the execution of initiatives to effectively close these gaps.
  • Review and analyze cadence-related documents and presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of information compiled demonstrating the overall progress status of initiatives and assist in diagnosing and de‑bottlenecking issues and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree(s) from recognized universities in areas such as Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Psychology, Engineering and Business Administration
  • Master degree or professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum trained in any Continuous Improvement Certification (Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Agile, Scrum etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience
