Analyze production, supply chain, and operational costs to support decision-making.

Develop and maintain standard costing frameworks and regularly update with real-time inputs.

Perform cost variance analysis and identify areas for operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain product pricing models considering cost structures, market conditions, and profitability targets.

Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to set pricing strategies that align with business objectives.

Evaluate pricing impact on margins, sales volume, and revenue targets.

Financial & Business Insights:

Conduct product profitability analysis by SKU, customer, and region.

Prepare business cases and pricing proposals for new product launches.

Support internal audits and ensure compliance with pricing and costing policies.

Job Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of experience in costing, pricing, or financial analysis (preferably in manufacturing).

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and pricing strategy.

High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial teams.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
