Job description

We are seeking an experienced Corrugator Leader to join our team at OPS PAPER PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As Corrugator Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our corrugator machine, ensuring high quality production to meet customer demands. This is a full-time position based onsite at our manufacturing facility.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the corrugator machine and associated equipment
• Monitoring and optimising production schedules and workflow to maximise efficiency
• Troubleshooting any issues with the corrugator machine and coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards
• Training and developing the corrugator machine operators to continuously improve performance
• Collaborating with other production teams to coordinate workflow and meet production targets
• Providing regular reports on production output, efficiency and quality metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper or packaging industry
• Strong technical understanding of corrugator machines and associated production equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of machine operators
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety and quality regulations
