A well-known insurance company is seeking a Corporate Solutions Business Development Executive/Senior Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing new business and renewals for employee benefits accounts, preparing quotations, and nurturing client relationships. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of one year of related experience, or be recent graduates. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Produce local EB new business and renew EB accounts assigned for the EB Sales Team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
To prepare quotation and to grow new business.
Responsible to review and renew with the assigned accounts including client contract, re-marketing and proposals.
Manage accounts assigned on day to day basis which includes coordinating all services, answering all questions, preparing quotations, and resolving problems, which may arise, maintain timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients.
Consult with clients to get more info that help in preparing quotes for new business and renewals, to give proper advise for changing situations, which may require modifications to existing coverage or any updates needed to current policies.
Cross sells additional business services.
Manage non-renewal and cancellation requests in order to retain business where appropriate.
Manage client communications, nurturing relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal/BNM regulations and to ensure compliance.
Help client to understand their policy coverage and exclusions, assist them with any claim as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems.
Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim and contact medical and major claim team to process it against a current policy.
Back office management of operations and administration which required in-depth knowledge of current computer system functions, input procedures, codes and how to perform technical task to expedite client services.
To follow up on credit control related matters - Outstanding premiums and claim excesses.
To understand Company Goals, Department Goals, and KPIs and to achieve it.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field and is open for fresh graduate.
Possess self starter quality and energetic to be working in a highly competitive market.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
