The role involves maintaining compliance with the Companies Act 2016, incorporating new companies, and assisting in corporate procedures. Assume the role of Company Secretary (when necessary), in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 and other applicable laws and regulations.
Incorporate new companies and prepare, lodge, and maintain statutory documents, resolutions, and returns.
Maintain and update statutory books, registers, and corporate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist to develop, implement, and oversee efficient systems and processes for corporate secretarial work.
Work with, provide support and train/guide team members in proper conduct of corporate procedures and database management.
Ensure AML obligations are met including raising internal suspicious transactions reports if necessary.
Support occasional offshore company administration and other tasks as assigned.
Assist in liaising with clients, auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies as needed.
Perform any otherduties soassigned fromtime totimeas required.
