Position Summary

Work with the Corporate Secretarial Team based in Singapore to advise Singapore companies and China/Hong Kong companies on compliance, governance, and corporate transactions, ensuring adherence to Singapore laws and good governance practices. Assist with on‑going client continuance procedures for risk management within the business unit.

Job Descriptions
  • Prepare documents related to the setting up of companies, Singapore branches, etc.
  • Draft directors’ resolutions (change of directors/secretary, opening/closing bank accounts, acceptance of banking facilities).
  • Draft shareholders’ resolutions and minutes of meetings relating to change of auditors, allotment of shares, payment of dividends.
  • Prepare annual general meeting documents.
  • Update statutory records and minutes book of companies.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the assigned team.
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese preferred.
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Accountancy or Law preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous corporate administrative experience preferred.
  • On‑the‑job training will be provided.
