Humantech Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Outdoor Sales professional to join our team in Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our range of innovative products and services.

Salary Package

Basic Salary RM2500 - RM3000 + Fix Allowance + Commission (Earning up to RM8000++ Monthly)

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively prospecting and identifying new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch Humantech's solutions
  • Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Participating in trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to management
