  • Excellent command of written English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑driven with a growth mindset and passion for digital engagement and brand storytelling.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive Alpro’s corporate B2B brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on online platforms and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies, operational plans, and creative campaigns to enhance market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, track brand performance, and refine positioning in the B2B healthcare space.
  • Create compelling brand messaging and storytelling tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring consistency across digital channels, campaigns, and corporate collaterals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize content across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B social platforms, including paid ads, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to evaluate ROI and improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Branding, Wellness, etc.) to drive integrated corporate campaigns and cross-functional marketing activities.
  • Provide end-to-end support for corporate events, workshops, and wellness activations, including post‑event engagement execution.
  • Continuously monitor digital trends, refine strategies, and recommend innovative approaches to maintain competitive edge.
