Responsibilities

• Assist partners and associates in handling corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare various agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions or summaries.
• Assist in due diligence exercises and other transactional work.
• Liaise with clients and authorities under supervision.
• Manage documentation and administrative tasks.
• Attend client meetings to gain exposure.
