Fusang is Asia's first fully‑regulated digital securities exchange, bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology. Licensed in Labuan, Malaysia, we pioneered the world's first institutional tokenised sukuk and are building the digital infrastructure for tomorrow's capital markets.

What You'll Do

Handle Tier‑1 through Tier‑3 technical requests across desktop, network, and server infrastructure

Design and implement network solutions; manage helpdesk ticketing and SLA compliance

Drive automation for system monitoring, security updates, and repetitive tasks

Administer MDM platforms, endpoint management, and software deployment

Implement DLP policies and maintain IT security and access controls

Coordinate with vendors, support procurement, and generate monthly performance reports

Manage IT onboarding/offboarding and provide guidance to colleagues

Supervise and mentor Corporate IT Assistant(s)

Must Have:

Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field

3‑5 years hands‑on IT experience

Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (deployment, patching, firewalls)

Experience with DLP, endpoint/asset management, and MDM platforms

Proficiency with IT ticketing systems

AI‑Assisted Tools: Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

Fluent English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

AD integration with third‑party platforms (SSO, Azure AD)

Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure)
