Overview

Our client is an MNC expanding their business to Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • 1)Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions
  • 2)Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents
  • 3)Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities
  • 4)Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions
  • 5) Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field
  • 6)Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • 1)University degree
  • 2) A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • 3) Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 4) Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law
