Position

Corporate Driver (contract basis) – Jalan Ipoh office

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Directors and passengers to and from specified locations in a comfortable and efficient manner.
• Interact with Directors and passengers professionally at all times.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle ensuring it is fueled, clean, serviced, and ready for daily use.
• Conduct a thorough cleaning of the company vehicle, both inside and out, at least once a week.
• Plan and adapt routes based on traffic or schedule changes to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Standby at nearby area and keep an eye out for the Directors’ location to be prepared for immediate pickup.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal belongings.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with door-to-door service and other needs as required.
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the Directors and passengers.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Corporate / Personal Driver.
• Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and good customer service.
• Able to travel to outstations as and when required.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday, overtime will be provided.
• Candidate must a valid driving license class D with clean driving record.
• Able to speak fluently in Mandarin.
• Familiar in using related navigation applications eg. Waze, google map.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strictly no smoking and drinking at work.
