Corporate Affairs and Operations Executive

Work with internal and external shareholders to ensure smooth operational process

Perform checks and review on contracts and other legal documents, official directives from various local authorities and related operational documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.

Manage and update legal and other company documents consistently, accurately and efficiently.

Ensure operations processes meet quality and compliance standards.

Prepare weekly and daily operations report.

Attend related operational meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.

Provide operational and administrative support to internal stakeholders.

Contribute ideas for operations process optimization.

Provide back up support for team members as and when required.

Assist in recording of accounts and preparing basic financial statement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Accounting, Law or a related field.

At least 1 year of work experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.

Good problem solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Familiar and competent with accounting software application.

An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Organized, systematic and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Independant, responsible and self motivated.

Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task when required.
