Qualification
SPM, Diploma or certificate in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred).
Requirement
- Experience in copier, printer, or office equipment servicing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, printing, and scanning setup.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet service deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned zones.
Responsibility
- Perform repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for copiers and MFPs within assigned areas.
- Complete scheduled service tasks efficiently and within required service timelines.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and network connectivity for users.
- Diagnose technical, mechanical, and connectivity issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude when handling customer enquiries or complaints on-site.
- Submit service reports, meter readings, and spare part usage accurately and on time in the service system.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding job status and findings.
- Stay updated with technical knowledge through training and internal updates.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors when required.
