Job summary

A prominent legal firm in Puchong, Malaysia is seeking a motivated conveyancing lawyer to handle sub-sale and loan files under supervision. The ideal candidate should have a recognised Law Degree (LLB) along with completion of CLP, be diligent, and possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle sub-sale, loan, and other conveyancing files under supervision from initial stage to completion.
  • Prepare and attend to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
  • Assist lawyers in liaising with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities.
  • Attend to clients, correspondences, and preparation of status reports.
  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and other assigned tasks in connection with conveyancing.
