• Min 1 year of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Junior Conveyancing Associate.
• Min 7 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Senior Conveyancing Clerk.
• Min 3 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Junior Conveyancing Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects & sub-sale cases from A-Z with minimum supervision.
• Manage loan documentation for various conveyancing matters.
• Perform additional administrative work related to conveyancing.
