S.K. Song Advocates & Solicitors is expanding! We are currently looking for a dedicated Legal Associate with a background in conveyancing to join our practice at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Skudai. If you are a driven lawyer looking to manage your own files and grow with a supportive firm, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of conveyancing matters, including property transactions, including sales, purchases, and loans

Handle banking and loan documentation for various financial institutions.

Coordinate effectively with banks, developers, government bodies, and other legal firms to ensure timely completion of files.

Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and other instruments

Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding land law, tenancy agreements, and property transfers.

Oversee file management from initial instruction through to file closure.

What we're looking for

Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

At least 2 years of experience.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsible, organized, and deadline-oriented.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
