Job description

Syed Hussein & Rakan-Rakan' is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Conveyancing Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our law firm, ensuring efficient and effective legal services for our clients.

  • Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
  • Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;
  • Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc;
  • Provide support to the litigation and corporate department as needed;
  • Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;
  • Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;
  • To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and
  • To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Conveyancing/Legal and administrative role, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and legal research software
  • Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and document management
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
