Lim, Goh & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property conveyancing transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents, transfers, and other legal instruments
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as the legal and accounts departments, to ensure all aspects of the conveyancing process are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining detailed records and files for each conveyancing transaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with legal software or databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
