Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing all necessary documentation for sale and purchase, loan, refinancing, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, discharge of charge, receipt and reassignment, auction matters
  • Able to handle a case from initial stage until the completion stage
  • To maintain and monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  • Able to liaise and communicate effectively with related parties such as clients, developers, bank officers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks quickly in an efficient manner
