CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE / QUANTITY SURVEYING

Luster Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Executive / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bayan Baru, Penang. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in the overall success of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and submit construction cost estimates, including material and labor costs
• Analyze contract documents and drawings to identify risks and opportunities
• Negotiate and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
• Prepare and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts
• Provide regular cost reporting and forecasting to project managers
• Assist with the preparation of tender submissions (mostly in‑house projects)
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Executive or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project control processes
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software, such as MS Excel and AutoCad
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
