Responsibilities

• Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
• Preparation of BQ, quantity taking off and variation order claim.
• Preparation and submission of progress claim.
• Finalization of account with customers and sub-contractors.
• Maintain proper documentation for all contract-related activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or any other related studies.
• Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Committed and able to work independently
