Responsibilities

  • Formulate the department’s mission and operating goals to achieve the Division’s expectation on business results;
  • Ensure effective and efficient Contract Administration during Pre-Contract and Post-Contract. Draft and revise variety of contracts with customers;
  • Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained;
  • Ensure inspirational leadership and motivation of the operating team and employees in the department;
  • Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities;
  • Ensure overall effective capability planning and administration;
  • Ensure integrity, effectiveness and productivity of the operations;
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Construction Project Management/QuantitySurveying or relevant field;
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience within the construction industry;
  • Well-developed organisational, analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage commitments and adjust to changing priorities;
  • Independent, resourceful, good planning with good interpersonal skills;
  • Successful candidates must be able to travel to various sites when required.
