Responsibility
Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle — from pre-contracts to post-contracts — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the contracts team in executing daily tasks.
Strategic Budget & Cost Control
  • Review and approve project budgets, monitor cost control measures, and provide regular updates to management to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Analyse subcontractor bids, evaluate costings, and make recommendations for awarding contracts.
Contract Administration
  • Supervise preparation of contract documents, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Ensure timely certification and payments in line with consultant and client requirements.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Represent the company in site meetings, negotiations, and discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to safeguard company interests.
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Identify potential contractual and financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee resolution of disputes, claims, or contractual issues efficiently and fairly.
Continuous Improvement
  • Drive process improvements in contract management practices.
  • Take on special projects and ad-hoc assignments from management to support company growth.
