Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and contract documents.
• Manage measurement and taking off quantities.
• Assist in reviewing and updating material and project budget.
• Source quotations and conduct tendering tasks.
• Liaise with site personnel on materials requisition.
• Manage client communications regarding contract administration.
• Select sub-contractors and manage documentation.
• Prepare claims and final accounts for sub-contractors.
