This full-time role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and agreements
• Monitoring contract performance and ensuring all parties adhere to the terms and conditions
• Identifying and mitigating potential contractual risks
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and clients to resolve contractual issues
• Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records
• Providing guidance and support to the wider project team on contractual matters
