Overview

We\u2019re looking for a Continuous Improvement Executive who\u2019s passionate about driving operational excellence and process innovation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Lean Six Sigma project leaders, ensuring effective use of DMAIC methodology and tools.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen activities to identify improvement opportunities and lead teams to project success.
• Promote and embed a strong continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma training and application support.
• Support and coach Green Belt candidates through certification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver 314 CI project waves annually.
• Report on KPIs related to Lean Six Sigma to ensure consistent performance tracking and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Green Belt certified (a must).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a process manufacturing environment (e.g. production, process, or industrial engineering roles).
• Proven track record of executing continuous improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage teams and collaborate across all levels, including HODs.
• Analytical, proactive, and always eager to learn and improve.
