Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Content Reviewer fluent in Japanese and Korean to evaluate user-generated content. The role includes maintaining compliance with platform guidelines and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of SPM and proficiency in Japanese (JLPT) and Korean (TOPIIK). The position offers a rotational shift and a 1-year contract, open to Malaysian citizens and foreign nationals with eligible work visas.

Job Description

Job responsibilities

Content Review

  • Evaluating and assessing user-generated content, such as text, images, videos, and audio files, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Reviewing content submissions for accuracy, relevance, appropriateness, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying and flagging content that violates platform rules, including hate speech, graphic violence, harassment, and illegal activities.
  • Applying predefined criteria and guidelines to make decisions about whether to approve, reject, or take action on content submissions.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to content creators regarding policy violations and content moderation decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, policy, and trust and safety teams, to escort complex or sensitive content issues.

Customer Service

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
