As Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing how The Senator Group introduces and delivers its products online. You will lead the development, governance, and performance of content across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, user‑centric experience that supports our growth ambitions and strengthens our brand presence globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, creation, publication, and continuous improvement of product content across The Senator Group websites.
- Conduct regular content audits to identify and eliminate outdated, redundant, or duplicate material.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, accessibility standards, and user needs across multiple regions.
- Lead the development of a new, user‑centred website experience, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and users.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Content Operations
- Administer the content management system (CMS), including template maintenance, workflow configuration, and publishing governance.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on content publishing best practices.
Performance & Optimisation
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor content performance and user behaviour.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements that enhance engagement and conversion.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve discoverability and ensure content is aligned with user search intent.
- Work closely with the product data team to maintain content accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on content structure, metadata, and taxonomy to support scalable content delivery.
- Navigate time‑sensitive and politically nuanced situations with professionalism and discretion.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing content within enterprise CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Proficiency in multimedia content production, including video and audio editing.
- Competence in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform content strategy.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
