About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Content cum Social Media Specialist to produce engaging TikTok and Instagram content that elevates our brand. The role involves generating ideas, creating and editing content, and supporting campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends, interpret insights, and propose innovative content ideas.
• Appear on camera and direct others during shoots, ensuring smooth, professional execution.
• Film, edit, and finalize videos using CapCut or Adobe tools.
• Create motion graphics, basic animations, and visual content using Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Craft captions and copy that match audience tone and engagement objectives.
• Assist in editing UGC (user-generated content) and collaborate with the PR department to create polished, efficient UGC videos.
• Participate in campaign planning and support campaign shoots to bring creative ideas to life.
• Manage content calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Proficient in using design tools including Canva, Adobe, and Photoshop.
• Experienced in video editing, primarily using CapCut.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills using CapCut and/or Adobe tools.
• Basic copywriting skills with a clear understanding of audience tone, behavior, and engagement.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and analytics is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing consistent social media posting is a bonus.
• Experience working with brands is a plus.
