Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, high-energy, and data-driven TikTok Content Creator to lead our short-form video strategy. We don't just want "viral trends"—we want content that converts.

In this role, you will be the architect of our TikTok presence. You will conceptualize, film, edit, and publish engaging videos that stop the scroll, highlight our product’s unique selling points (USPs), and drive viewers to click "Buy." You must understand the psychology of selling on social media (especially TikTok) and how to translate product features into compelling visual stories.

Job Scope
  • End-to-End Production: Script, film, and edit 10-12 high-quality TikTok videos per week. This includes "Problem/Solution" demos, ASMR cleaning clips, unboxings, user-generated style content (UGC), and trend adaptations
  • The Hook & The Close: Master the art of the "first 3 seconds" (to stop scrolling) and the strong Call-to-Action (to drive sales).
  • Product Showcase: Demonstrate our products specifically vacuum/home appliances in real-life scenarios. You must be able to make the product look functional, effective, and essential.
  • Trend Jacking: Monitor TikTok trends daily and adapt them quickly to fit our brand niche within 24–48 hours.
  • Data Analysis: Review video performance metrics (Watch Time, CTR, Conversion Rate) weekly. Use this data to iterate and improve future content.
  • TikTok Shop Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for TikTok Shop features (Yellow Basket links, flash sales, LIVE event teasers).
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of TikTok content creation experience preferably in the household appliances category.
  • Proven Portfolio: You can share a portfolio or TikTok handle demonstrating videos you have created that have garnered high views and engagement.
  • Direct Response Mindset: You understand that the goal of our content is sales. You know how to create urgency and desire.
  • Editing Wizard: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut). You know how to use text overlays, voiceovers, and sound effects to retain attention.
  • On-Camera Confidence: You are comfortable appearing on camera and have an authentic, relatable voice
  • Algorithm Knowledge: You understand how the TikTok algorithm works, including the importance of SEO (hashtags, captions, keywords).
  • Reliable & Organized: You can manage a content calendar and meet strict posting deadlines.
