Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand goals
Shoot, edit, and produce 15–20 short-form videos per month (Reels, TikTok, XHS)
Deliver edits/revisions within 2–3 business days
Create 3–5 static content posts monthly (images/carousels)
Write platform-optimized captions for all videos and static posts
Translate complex product/scientific concepts into digestible content
Design simple graphics and visual assets
Manage and post content across social media channels
Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely execution
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and shareability
Track performance metrics and assist in monthly reporting
Report daily check-ins at 8AM via Google Meet or preferred communication channel (Slack, WhatsApp, Email)
Propose and support digital marketing campaigns with content strategies, KPI plans, and creative decks
Assist with other marketing and campaign needs as assigned
