A medical clinic in Selangor is seeking an on-camera talent to host and create engaging social media content. Responsibilities include planning a monthly content calendar, writing scripts, and collaborating with the creative team. Ideal candidates have strong speaking skills and are adept in current social media trends. This role supports marketing initiatives and requires adherence to ethical standards. Serve as an on-camera talent/host for social media videos (TikTok/Instagram Reels/Facebook), speaking confidently and professionally.
Plan content ideas and prepare a monthly content calendar for the clinic and spa (e.g., educational content, promotions, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, trend-based content).
Write short scripts/captions and prepare shot lists aligned with marketing campaigns and team direction.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Media Team during filming to ensure content matches brand identity and quality standards.
Create content on-site at clinic/spa branches, including filming with staff/doctors/therapists (with consent and approvals).
Support the content workflow by ensuring materials are completed on schedule and submitted for posting/boosting based on team process.
Monitor content performance (views, engagement, saves, leads) and propose improvements for upcoming months.
Ensure all content complies with professional standards, medical/service ethics, customer privacy (PDPA), and company SOPs.
Stay updated with social media trends (audio, formats, hooks) and adapt them appropriately for clinic/spa content.
Support additional marketing and content-related tasks as assigned by management.
