We are a consultancy firm providing business licensing and regulatory support services. We are looking for a junior assistant to support our consultant in handling license applications and coordination with clients and government departments.

This role is administrative and support-based, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic working experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist consultant in handling business license and regulatory applications
  • Liaise with government departments (via email, phone calls, portals, or submissions)
  • Liaise with clients to request, follow up, and collect required documents
  • Fill up application forms and online portals (e.g. license, incentive, registration forms)
  • Prepare and organize supporting documents for submission
  • Track application status and follow up with authorities when required
  • Maintain proper filing and records of documents and submissions
  • Provide general administrative support related to consultancy work
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
